Featured and sponsor policy

1. Always labelled. Every paid placement on the site or in the newsletter carries the label “Featured”, right next to it.
2. A person approves every deal. Bookings are checked by a human before anything goes live. We can turn down any booking and refund it in full.
3. No influence on recommendations. Paying does not get a game onto a situation page or change what we say about it.
4. Venues: basic listings are free. A Featured venue appears at the top of its town page with the “Featured” label; its details are checked like everyone else’s.
5. Crowdfunding: we only feature live or upcoming campaigns with a working page, and we still state the UK tax and customs position honestly.
6. What we will not feature: anything misleading, unsafe for children if aimed at families, or campaigns that will not say how UK backers will be charged.
